The functionality of a building addresses two basic functions with equal participation:

          a) function that serves ergonomically

          b) function concerning aesthetics

In commercial constructions, the undertaking of the balance of these two parameters is very difficult to achieve. In this particular residential building, the floor plans serve ergonomically, while at the same time, the restless volumes of the colored metal structures on the balconies, create variety and interest in the facades of the apartment building.
