It concerns the construction of a 4-storey building of three independent houses, on an empty plot in Vrilissia.
Due to the area of the plot (456.24 sqm) in relation to the small coverage factor, the layout of the houses had to be developed in height.
Due to the high layout of the houses, it was obvious the impossibility of direct relaxation in the garden with the exception, of course, of
the ground floor. For this reason, on upper levels, the indoor and outdoor spaces were unified maximally.
