Building addition of a three-level detached house to an existing listed structure, on Filopappou and Beles Street It is an addition of a modern building to an old (it is estimated that the existing building is from the 1930s).
Τhe new building coexist with the old one that dates back to the 30s decade, contrasting shapes, while maintaining natural lighting, landscaping and covered outdoor spaces. It was chosen not to morphologically adapt the new section to the old one, but to create something completely different, yet always respecting its culture of the past, i.e. the coexistence through the opposition of forms, maintaining it existence of natural lighting, planting and outdoor covered spaces.
